At BIO, we believe that you can have serious fun in the gym! BIO Gymnastics & Athletics Unlimited mission is to create champions in and outside of the gym. We strive to provide a fun, positive and safe environment for all, while teaching them how to be active and build self-esteem. We are conveniently located off Ronald Regan Parkway in Cumming, GA, just north of The Collection at exit 13.

Did you know…Gymnastics Helps Academics? USA Gymnastics has shared a recent two-year study showing that children K-8 who participate in gymnastics improved their reading and math skills significantly (up to 28%) over their peers who did not participate!
