BIO Competitive Team

At BIO, we believe that competitive gymnastics has lifelong benefits for our gymnasts, far beyond medals.  Our goal is to place your child where they are going to have the most fun and be most successful.

Our goal is to focus on the goal of the gymnasts as individuals and make sure that they are placed in a group where they are training with peers that have similar skills and an appropriate amount of time in the gym.  We pride ourselves in training safely and mitigating repetitive use injuries.  Competitive team is a long term commitment and it takes patience for both the parents and the gymnast.
