WHO WE ARE

Welcome to BIO Gymnastics where we help raise champions in and out of the gym. Founded in 2013, our faith-based, family owned facility is proud to offer gymnastics classes from 6 months through 18 years, as well as both boys and girls competitive teams, camps, parties and more.  Our new facility boasts over 18,000 sq. ft. filled with state of the art equipment to train high level athletes.

We believe that gymnastics is a great foundational sport to participate in, both recreationally and competitively. Gymnastics works the fundamental physical skills that all children need to develop to become fit, healthy and active, including: speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, stamina, power, and core stability. … Starting your child in gymnastics can help them be healthy for life  to be good at ANY and ALL sports.

BIO classes are taught by background-screened, safety-certified instructors that also go through on-going training and continued recertifications. We work tirelessly to create a Christian, drama-free environment for our families. We welcome you to see what BIO has to offer for your family.
